However, this application it for upgrading an existing database to a new version.
This is an appropriate way to upgrade a database.

Your evaluation of "lousy" development practices was made without fulling examinging
the problem. Only an example was given in this newsgroup. Your posting serves no useful purpose.
You have absolutly no idea what our development process is here, so keep your "professional"
opinion to yourself.
