If you are looking for the descriptions, they are in the documentation - search for "DBA_TABLES". The exact document changes between versions. For Oracle9i Release 2 you would want to look at "Oracle9i Database Reference Release 2 (9.2)"

If you are looking for a wall chart, CA (Computer Associates) used to create one for each version of Oracle as promo for some of their Unicenter admin tools. You could check with them.
