Yes it use sid and I also tried service_name. The idea, that the listener doesn't listen on Port 1521, from sybrand is nice but I think irrelevant. Because the listener just works, after I restart it. After the restart I can access via any port to the database. But only for a while. After disconnecting, I cannot access to the database anymore.

So am little lost inside of this network problem and I would be very thankful for some help or ideas where I have to search.
