Why? Why would you even consider this long enough to ask the question? What would you expect to gain if someone said Yes to you?

If the point is to destroy your Oracle installation and its associated tools by all means do so.

You should not be logged on as either SYS or SYSTEM for any reason other than maintenance with a specific purpose in mind. Ratting around looking for stuff to drop is not a specific purpose. And even if you do so and don't damage the system (which you will do in this case) you will accomplish nothing as you can not recover the space and reuse it. The SYSTEM tablespace is reserved for SYS and SYSTEM ... as I said already ... and you should not be there.

BTW: If it ain't broke don't fix it!
