There is no rule without an exception:

V$ARCHIVE_PROCESSES, V$BUFFER_POOL_STATISTICS, V$ACTIVE_INSTANCES, V$DLM_ALL_LOCKS, V$DLM_LOCKS, V$NLS_PARAMETERS, V$TIMEZONE_NAMES and

DBA_REPAUDIT_COLUMN, DBA_AUDIT_STATEMENT, DBA_REPRESOLUTION, DBA_REGISTRY to name but a few.
