At OTN, you'll find that there's basically one book to get for PL/SQL and one for SQL*Plus (the "User's Guide and Reference" in each case). Once you're hands-on with PL/SQL, you'll want to get the PL/SQL Packages and Types Reference so you can see how to use the built-in functions like DBMS_OUTPUT.PUT_LINE.
