JDeveloper warning message

I've just upgraded my JDeveloper to version 9.0.3.1035. When I try and compile my Java application, I get the following warning:

"Warning(20,1): package name <x> does not match source file name <file>".

I'm not sure what is causing this problem as the package name is the same in all my .java files. Also, the project package name (Project -> Project Settings -> Common -> Input Paths) is the same.

Thanks for any assistance,
