If you have a support contract you can search Metalink for patches. However you need a full release version. Oracle won't ship it to you anymore. The best you can possibly do now is migrate to 9iAS 1.0.2.2. Which uses less memory and gives more performance, and is a normal upgrade path for OAS licenses.
