Hi,

I tried

C:\>net start OracleServiceMyGlobal
The service name is invalid.

More help is available by typing NET HELPMSG 2185.

and went to control panel and services. I couldn't find a service called MYGLOBAL (the name of the db), I did manually start the OracleDEFAULT_HOMETNSListener, but there was no change in the error.
