Mentoring would mean in this particular case: sitting down for several hours to review your setup and sitting down for several hours to abstract the OFA documents, which I would have to pull off from the Internet. All of them in my own free time. That is *NOT* the purpose of this newsgroup. Basically you are asking for a free consultant. Too many people here start asking before they read *any* doc, and expect other people to take them by the hand and help them out, for nothing.
As there is a very big gap from what your design is now and what it should be (and you are lacking on physical drives already), I still think my comments are justified. I have seen it just too frequently: people without any knowledge of Unix and without any knowledge of Oracle, who *think* they can do it. Usually I can clean out their messes.
If you don't want to buy my comments, please go ahead. But not buying my comments doesn't entitle you to flame me. You know better, so see for yourself.
Usually I don't respond to flames like the one your posted, but it is about time I stop let everything pass by unnoticed.
