I am not aware of an automatic way of converting the results of a trace file to a CRUD diagram but the best way of converting the results of a trace is to use a program called tkprof. This is installed as part of the oracle install and so should be on you pc or server. Type tkprof at the command line, if it is installed you will get a list of instructions
