Oracle Universal Installer 8.1.x hang with Pentium 4 processor that requires the symctjit.dll version 3.10.107
To solve this problem you can copy the entire CD on a temporary directory on your HD, find the file symctjit.dll and rename it in .old. Then you can run the setup from this temp directory.
