Problems installing Oracle 8.16

Im having problems installing Oracle 8.16 on a windows2000 server.



When I start the installation it says that I need JRE version 1.17 or higher
to install. But I have now tried microsoft version of Java and SUNS with no
luck.  I have even tried several versions of JRE.



How can I start the installation or what must I do to start the
installation.



Is Oracle 8.16 compatible with win2000?
