Yep. Using X windows, you can set a clean clear font for your xterm and make it very very large. Alternatively, you can run it within emacs and have a split window with your source window (which can have font highlighting) at the top an SQL*PLUS at the bottom. I've used this when giving a couple of seminars and its worked quite well.
