Oracle 9.i Release 2(9.2.0.1.0)
Win2k Professional

I login to SQL*plus with username:scott Password:tiger

then at the prompt I type

select * from jobs;

I get an error message saying :

Error at line 1:
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist.

I am not sure if the table is availabe or if I'm logged in with the correct password
