No proc (c precompiler) after installing Oracle 9i R2 on HP-UX 11.0

After installing Oracle 9i R2 (64 bit) on an HP-UX 11.0 machine (64 bit) I don't see a proc executable in $ORACLE_HOME/bin. (db ver: 9.2.0.1.0)

Manually trying to relink precomp, relink all still doesn't make proc. All other executables are OK.

I don't even see the usual "demo" make files in $ORACLE_HOME/precomp/demo. I only see a "sql" sub-directory in precomp/demo that has a bunch of .sql files.

No errors in the installation log.
There isn't even a libproc2.a library in precomp/lib. Only one in precomp/lib32.

I didn't have this problem when installing Oracle 9i R1 (9.0.1) on the same machine. This version was installed fresh after deinstalling 9.0.1

Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
