It means log a TAR with Oracle

ORA-07445 exception encountered: core dump [string] [string] [string] [string] [string] [string]

Cause: An operating system exception occurred which should result in the creation of a core file. This is an internal error.

Action: Contact Oracle Customer Support

You will need to provide the core dump which is in the trace file referred to in the alert log and probably the output from the diagnostic agent. You might also find it valuable to read the trace file and see if it gives you any clues.
