oracle 8i froms 4.5 and Citrix

Oracle 8.1.7, forms 4.5 (soon to be 6i) reports 2.5 (soon to be 6i), win2k server and citrix XP FR2.

I want to have the users connect to forms 4.5/6i and reports 2.5/6i via a citrix desktop session or desktop icon load balanced across 3 servers to an Oracle 8.1.7 database on a single win2k server. Anyone out ther have this or similar config? if so please could you give me afew pointers
We also have a number of access database applications using the database that require user connections via odbc (ms access 97/2000 will also be on the Citrix servers)
