The symctjit.dll fix just gets OUI started, it doesn't cure the
refcur.vbp hang problem. To get round this I ran SETUP.EXE from the
Hard Drive but told OUI to install from the jar file on the original
CD (ie d:\stages\products.jar). This went through 100%
