PL/SQL: Reading streamed data from BLOB

I am no very familiar with the Oracle PL/SQL interface. What I have to
do is to store binary data into the Oracle database using BLOBs and to
read this binary data from the database.



I have to read data in a stream and not at a whole. 
Can anybody help me or give URLs to search the web?
