Depends on when you buy it.

The most you get to pay is 100% of the list price. The least you can pay is probably around 5%.

When you buy, make sure you do so at the end of an Oracle FY or the end of an Oracle quarter, or at the end of a month.

If you're in a school or something, you probably won't have to pay at all, since there may be special deals in those cases.

Remember, your mileage may vary hugely!
