how to create a smartclass in 9i forms

All,



I'm stumped.  I searched online help and metalink for how
to create a smartclass for an item in an object library,
but I don't see the prompt to create it.



You should be able to open an object library, select an item
from a tab and select "Object SmartClass"  I don't see that
option anywhere.  What am I doing wrong?



Using 9iDev suite.
