Can't connect - need help

All of a sudden I can't get connected to the database with sqlplus (or
anything else).  I am getting this error message:



ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-01653: unable to extend table SYS.AUD$ by 41 in tablespace SYSTEM



What should I do?
