I managed to partially fix what was wrong with the OEM. It seems that you have to add a user in Windows 2000 Pro with the same name as the user you are exporting on OEM. That Windows 2000 Pro user has to have "logon as a batch job" privileges.

No more error messages; but, the export job just sits there. I submitted it now so that it works now and not later.

I guess I will have to try the export utility via the command line.
