Re: How to open the Oracle Management console in Oracle 9i Personal under NT4? oemapp.bat no go

Hi Peter,

when I run oemapp.bat from D:\oracle\ora92\bin\ in the DOS box I get: "Usage: oemapp <application_name>"

Else nothing happens.
