Hi



We are using Oracle 8.1.7 and although the SHARED_SOCKET option worked for
us in Oracle 8.1.5 and we were able to talk through the single TCP 1521 port
of entry through the firewall, it does not work in 8.1.7 and according to

we need SQLNET enabled firewall.



Any vendors? shareware? (software based)
