Try the otn.oracle.com for oracle docs. This surely would be well documentated. I just performed a search here in google groups: I got 517 hits on the string: oracle sql concatenate. I'm so lazy, and usualy in such a hurry that always google first, and if that don't help, eventualy I post a question here.
