Problem with generating module

Hi all,

I am trying to generating module from a defaul module generated by Application Transformer. I am always get the same error saying that

"could not compile file .frx to the form .frm".

 Sorry that I couldn't remember exactly the extension of the file :-), but you know what file i meant. They are the extension for Oracle form.

Any idea please?
