Insufficient info from your side. Oracle will by default use 2 ports, the default 1521 port and a random one, different per session. This can be resolved by setting use_shared_sockets, but as you neither provide a platform nor a version I can't provide an exact command. You could also setup connection manager (in 8i and higher) to deal with it, or MTS.
But then again, there are firewall vendor who have so-called sqlnet proxies to resolve it for you.
So really can't tell whatever will most suit you.
