DBLink and Optimizer mode behavior

Hello,

Database A with CHOOSE optimizer mode has a DBLINK to database B with a RULE optimizer mode. When a query database B from A the rule optimizer mode is used.

Now when doing a INSERT INTO TABLE_DATABASE_A SELECT TABLE_DATABSE_B it seams that the CHOOSE optimizer mode is used. It this normal ?

What is the exact behavior of the optimizer mode when using DBLINK
