Hello,

we are running version 8.0.5 under Tru64 and having a problem with "sqlldr", when trying to load variable records. The control file contains the INFILE options "var" and each record has the leading 5 characters, indicating the record length. The table fields are a mixture of "char" and "raw". The "sqlldr" program aborts with segmentation failure. However, using the same control and input file and running sqlldr version 8.1.7, also under Tru64, the table is loaded with any error messages. Besides from upgrading to 8.0.5, are there any other solutions?

Best regards
