You might want to look at Virtual Directory Directory. Virtual Directories bridge the gap between RDBMS and LDAP Directories by providing an LDAPv3 representation to SQL data.

OctetString has an Virtual Directory called VDE available for 30 day evaluation at http://www.octetstring.com.
