Oracle Pro*C/C++ Precompiler. Version 9.2.x

Hello,
I do have the following problem:
I installed Oracel 9.2.x database on Windows 2K. Because I couldn't find the procui.exe (precompiler executable) within this version, I copied the executable from Oracle version 9.0.1 including the library (orasql9.lib). When I do a compilation of a .pc file, I get the error "Cann't create an empty document" or something like that (The error is in dutch actually).

Q1: What is going wrong here or better what can I do about it? Q2: Is there a special Oracle 9.2.x version which includes the precompiler?
