Oracle9i supports Windows XP. Oracle8i Release 3 provides limited(!) support for Windows XP (possibly even only for client installation) (see http://otn.oracle.com/tech/windows/faq.html#WinXP)

If you want to install it on XP, I would suggest looking for a newer version.

You can download Oracle9i from otn:
