As you may expect, there's good stuff and there's rotgut anywhere. I am in Indiana (south of Chicago), and can enjoy a local microbrewery, numerous draft pubs, and (for special occasions) my beloved Belgium wheat beer.

On the other hand, I can still remember the discoveries found in a small village pub near Loch Ness some 25 years ago. My toes curl in memory.....
