Same here. I loaded 8i personal from the CD in my "Internet Developer Suite v1.0.2.4.1 CD Pack". In my case it looked like it succeeded, but it doesn't work. Following the same steps on Win2000 works fine. Failed: WinME, latest patches, 1GHz, 256MB. Working: Win2000, latest patches, 600/800MHz, 256MB.
