I don't see how the goal OCP's have seen a database follows from the 'have attended 1 course' requirement. ISTM if it applies to one thing say B&R it should also apply to another say perf tuning.

provided oracle come up with decent scenarios (and a search of google for the last 5 years should provide plenty) the how would you approach this problem type question does seem to me to be an advance on which view would you query for details of recently executed sql type questions.
