Problem setting-up SQLJ

I've just installed 9iAS version 1 (from CD) under win2k but i'm not an oracle expert or even dba, i'm a java developer.

CLASSPATH starts with:

    .;c:\orant9i\jdbc\lib\classes12.zip;     c:\orant9i\sqlj\lib\runtime12.zip;
    c:\orant9i\sqlj\lib\translator.zip;
and ends with visualCafe 4.0 dir's.

When i run c:\orant9i\bin\sqlj.exe i get: Symantec Java! JustInTime Compiler Version 4.00.006(x) for JDK 1.2 (Symantec GC)
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: sqlj/tools/Sqlj

Any help would be appreciated.
