Apology accepted. Daniel. Thanks both of you and Galen's kindly suggestions. Actually I am about to buy Tom's book, and begin to read. I just have not gone that far yet. It may take a while before I get there ( unless I jump to that subject. But That will miss a lot.) However, my boss may not have patient to wait. I try my best. Thanks.
