Hi,

before you create a context index you have to define your preferences. One of these preferences are storage clauses for the internal (DR$..) tables.
Have a look at:
technet.oracle.com -> products -> Oracle Text -> Dokumentation (best is to start reading with the 8.1.5 doku, because 8.1.6/8.1.7 are just the add ons).
