Your organization's ignorance of Oracle is staggering. You really should apologize to your client for accepting the project and refer them to someone familiar with Oracle. I can only wonder what other horrors you may be innocently invoking. Were I on the other end of this transaction I'd be contacting my legal department to review our contract with you.
Oracle EXPort and IMPort will easily transfer the objects and data. So will spooling the data out as insert statements and reimporting it via SQL*Plus. So will writing files with UTL_FILE for import using SQL*Plus or SQL Loader or UTL_FILE. So will dumping the data in delimited format and bringing it in through SQL Loader.
But MS Access? ... or Migration Workbench? Like I said ... if I were your client I'd be talking to legal.
