How to install Oracle 9i OLAP Services?

I got the following message while attempting to run Instance Manager
with OLAP services (Oracle 9i release 1):



"Cannot access OLAP Services from the database. Cause: An attempt was
made to access OLAP Services from a database on which it is not
installed."



I haven't seen this among the installation -- is it a separate CD?
