Pictures(JPG) files in ORACLE

i am using oracle9i as the backend/developer2000 as the frontend

ok , i have to create a small catalogue , i need to have a field which display pictures(RAW I suppose).....

NOw the catch , i dont' want oracle to store the pic , all the pics are stored in say c:\mypics , oracle should only display the picture from there , should not store it in the datbase, becoz then the size of the database will increase.
