Producing OFX/OFC data from Oracle

I know Oracle 9i allows you to produce XML from the database but has anyone had any experience generating OFX (Open Financial Exchange) or OFC (Microsoft's variant of Open Financial Exchange) from Oracle? Any packages, procedures, JAVA classes, scripts, etc. would be greatly appreciated. So would any hints, horror stories, and successes.
