Same here. Almost 300MB (real and virtual) of memory used when the machine is resting. Works ok though. Haven't noticed any serious disk thrashing (NT).
System itself (I have personal installed) is about 1.6GB (60,000 files in 3,000 folders). Then add whatever you want to use for data files.
