Stored Procedure - Network Bandwith control -

Hello Everyone,

I hope things are well.

I have a question:

Can you control the bandwidth to be used (let's say 56kps) when running a stored procedure ? The stored procedure will collect data at distance and we want to keep the network utilization down or at least control it.
