You can use UNIX cron.
Or better yet use the Oracle supplied DBMS_JOBS. This one will run every hour. (Although the time will slightly skew each time thru)

declare
  job_no number;
begin
  dbms_job.submit(job_no, 'your_sp;', trunc(sysdate+1),'SYSDATE+1/24'); end;
/

to see what jobs you have scehduled run

   select * from dba_jobs;
