There shouldn't be.
But you should be careful which ID's you use. The convention is not to use sys for anything except at install
and upgrade time.
Most shops do not use system either. They create a third ID and grant it DBA. To be extra secure you may even wish to create another ID and grant it export full database
and use it for your full export.
