BTW: Has anybody had success using
Oracle 9i OCCI (Oracle C++ Call interface) together with g++? Version 2.95.4 does not handle Exceptions in shared libs, and compiling with g++ Version 3.0.4 gives the following Error:

/opt/oracle/product/901/rdbms/demo/occiControl.h:572: looser throw specifier

for `virtual oracle::occi::SQLException::~SQLException()' /opt/gcc304/include/g++-v3/exception:53: overriding `virtual

std::exception::~exception() throw ()' make: *** [test.o] Error 1
