I just completed an Oracle DBA course (DBA 1A) and can really recommend this course. If you have basic SQL PL/SQL knowleage you will get along fine and the course gives you a really good overview on Oracle and a starting point from where you can build upon your knowleage. I read a number of Oracle books but it was not until I did this course that I really understood what was going on. The only negative side is that it is not cheap.

Steve.
